LOL since when does "Ж" stand for "sh" sound? I understand that some might be confused by letter like "у" looking similar to "y". I won't be wasting time for correcting forum trolls though.

No. In the Russian Cyrillic, the "Ж" is a "dj"-sound, in letters: "sch" which is "sh" in English. And no, the "у" looking similar to "y" is an "u". And the "ы" is softening the letter before it...
Since "Жұқтыру" is Kazhakian, there shouldn´t be much different to the Russian, so it is:
"Sch-?-ktru" in German, with the questionmark standing for the unknown letter++(I don´t know of this letter, it does not exist in Russian Cyrillic). Thus in English it is then: "Sh-?-ctru".
So you´re actually totally wrong with your "Juktiry". Translating it "Shuctru" is the version which is the closest to his real name. Don´t know how you can translate it "Juktiry", when there is neither an "i" nor an "y"?!!?
Seems to me that you might be more of a troll than me.
