If you have two players you want to make a team with on 3v3 ladder, Make sure they added on your friends list, You can do this by adding them as friends via there profile and there names should be on the dropbox thing as far as I should remember.

Top marks for grammar there Platinum! Platinum forgot that before you make a ladder team it is essential/recommended to have some form of connection with your team-mates (whether it be through WL or real life), so that making your ladder team is easier and more convenient for you
