In Fizzer's Warlight AI video (https://youtu.be/A3A0U2RxLKo?t=11m55s), he states that you can open the debug menu by going to single player and clicking control-shift-e. However, the single player preview has changed since his video, and this key command no longer works. (Looks like it changed 2016-05-20 with version 3.14.0 after the video was made.) Does anyone know the new way?

It still works, you just have to be on a Flash page. Open a level then do it.
