I think it should be.

Depends on the situation. If I attack my teammate so that I can complete a bonus while my teammate won't suffer from any disadvantages then I see no problem.

If I attack my teammates in order to throw the game you should just blacklist. Also if you think you are being sabotaged by the other team I believe you can already report for that, as it is not allowed to be on multiple teams with multiple accounts.

Where he refused to vote to end. Indeed he used some vulgar language when I politely asked him to vote. His teammate team attacked him to get him to vote.

So what he is is saying is, "I'm mad 'cause I couldn't get an easy 3x2 win since one person on my team wasn't a jerk."

This is one of the reasons most players won't bother playing with random teammates. You can (usually) trust clanmates and friends to not wreck your 2v2 and 3v3 games. :)

I have no issue with it.

Summer and I once attacked our teammate in a 3v3 because he refused to vote in a 3v2 game where an opponent got booted, so we eliminated him to end the game.

It really just depends on the situation. If you feel like they should be reported, do so.

I sure hope not. Because bannable or otherwise, I would have attacked you in the same position(and have done so to other people when they're being jackasses like you were). It was a turn 2 double boot. It was not a conspiracy, it's just a dead game. You VTE in that situation. Just like you don't try to force the manual boot. If you want to cheat an unearned win onto your meaningless stat sheet, you should re-examine your life.
