The Fizzer of Oz is also welcome to join as an honorary member if he wants to see observe our proto-league as a means of gathering ideas for implementing formal leagues on WL.

Just wondering, where would I fall in? Second teir with Perrin (as menioned above) or lower? Feel free to give me a reality check.

Wish I were good enough to be considered for this. I feel like I'm a strong player, with over half wins, but not on y'alls level. I'll try to work my way there though! Getting closer by the day.

I've played 25 games with you, near 40 with "chump" now and about 30 with ken hai :P We just haven't spoken much.

i just invited 47 others. plus the 13 we are waiting to get replies from, that's 60. we already have 18.

joining members will be voted on by the core group of 20 (which has not yet been determined, since we still need to vote on each other once there are at least 20 members) to determine if they will be accepted into the group. then, the 20 voting members will vote on all the accepted members to determine a new group of 20 (voting members) as well as the group of 8. the frequency of later voting, to determine rank, has not been decided.

Would boot rate also be a parameter? being a good player doesn't make your AI any better!

dr awesome, that wasn't a tryout, just a means to see who will join. all conversation is now taking place in the two tournaments (1v1 & 3v3) i invited you and everyone else to. check that out to join the 3v3 (the 1v1 already started).
