there is a big black rectangle above the warlight logo and i cant scroll down to commit orders or read chat please help me get rid of it

That happened to me as well, but Fizzer helped me. Appareantly, it was because of some extension named 'hosts' (atleast in my case). If you're using Chrome, try disableing all extensions: go to Chrome button (upper right corner, under the close button), then Settings, and then Extensions (upper left corner) and then disable them.
