What determines the amount of points you earn? (I understand the point multiplyers such as 200% for MD 400% for Coin ect) But what determines the initial number of that is multiplied? (Set amount for each level or a percentage of their points?)

Also how does the algorithm for determine the amount of reduced points for beating someone in same month period work? / does effect stack (half points second time you beat them , one third points the third time ect or is it always a fixed rate until a month passes)
