this is sparta, automatically the offence takes 3 casualty for every one defence and defence loses all units. No matter what 2 is allways left for the offence one to capture and one to hold.

i mean i wouldn't mind having it on the list. but I would never personally put it in my game. (i make all my own games).

If it can only be used if there is one country left, than it will only be useful to annoy other players if losing in a large game with many other players. If it is in a 1 vs. 1 game or someone is one of the last 2, all the card does is kills all their units allowing someone else to win. The only place I see this actually helping is in a team game, where if one team member is dying they can cause a bit of damage towards an opponent, but this will in no way prevent a bonous, only leave them vunerable.
