The past few days I've had a lot of people surrender before ever taking their first turn in 1v1 games (all on Poland map). Obviously that happens periodically. Something comes up or whatever.

But, it has happened a LOT. Probably around 10-15% of the time, which seems like big increase from normal.

Has this been happening to anybody else? Is there a glitch? Some trend I'm not aware of? Or, is this just variance?

I'm assuming that it's on Poland Big.. some people may look at the map and decide that they are in unfortunate starting locations and give-up promptly... too many new players being taught how to play the single player campaigns... they are taught to restart if they get a bad starting locations, and this is just bad policy in multiplayer games, and will just end up with them on alot of blacklists..

Imho, of course..
