i am wondering, is there an api to check that, or are u one of the db admin, or did u just dig that out by clicking ladder pages?

It was done manually. It took a couple hours total but I feel like it was something that needed to be done. I plan to do the 1v1 ladder soon as well.

Actually, as much as I'd like to do the 1v1 ladder, some players have a 2+ year history on it and it is nearly impossible to discern the exact dates they held #1. The 2v2 ladder was like this to a much smaller degree and so it was doable. But the 1v1 ladder is more than I can do, someone else can do it and guess if they'd like but I won't do it. I wish Fizzer would implement something so that it would do it automatically.

Thanks CHRIS! I still will have trouble doing some exact #1 dates though, for example it is impossible to discern what dates exactly that Teddy was #1. I can definitely put together a list of all the 1v1 #1's though.

fizzer already showed us some statistics that show that eh can probably do this kidn of stuff much easier than any fo us (like the win rate in the ladder by colors, and satuff like that)

The only alt that ever reached #1 on the ladder that I know of is Roo and that is Summer. I believe the others are main accounts, maybe 1-2 are alts of someone great and very few people know, but I doubt very many, if any are this way.

They aren't alts. And they still play, but not that active. Mainly supporting Germany 1 in the Nations-Cup for 2v2-Games :)

I heard myhand got to number 1 using an alt but i dont especially believe it. Id have to look at a list of number 1s to be sure. Most if not all of them are well known main accounts.
