They might get booted. If you can you think of an implementable option that will make a win appear out of thin air then good for you. The thing is, it will not be added to the game, because it is a stupid idea, which cannot work.

I also find that silly, that in those settings AIs vote to end instead of trying to finish the game. Got caught on that troll trap of a game a few times, not fun, blacklisted the creator after noticing he wasn't making these games to actually play them until the end.
I think Fizzer popped up and gave a justification on why this was like this, and afaicr it made sense on a technical side, but i still think there should be some way to red flag certain known troll settings and have the option to never have them displayed on your open games list.
It happens quite often that folks join a game first and only check the settings after, purely because the might be about to start and you just want to play.

Have it show up on settings when players get turned into AI's either when booted and/or surrender, while the settings AI surrender when 1 player remain is not enabled (If possible, or have those 3 settings show up on when checking settings.)
As for the stalling way, I'd refuse to vote. I can do pretty many things in ~10 mins, He's the one that have to sit and watch the clock, so jokes on him.
