I have seen a couple of people who's names are AI:(was XXX) recently, trying to appear as AI replaced players. This can cause confusion in games. Is there any other way to check if players are really AI other than going to individual profiles one at a time?

If you click on their name in the lower right, the little popup says in the box on the left:

|> *This player is being controlled by a computer-controlled AI for the remainder of the game.*

This isn't perfect though, since the message is partially cut off since the box is too small to fit the entire message, but you can look for the start of the line. It's significantly easier than going to their profile.

Also, it's worth noting that it isn't possible to give yourself a name like this anymore. However there are a few people left over from before this rule existed.
