Boot settings are bad. Booting on vacation in tournaments (especially small teams where it is unlikely to get held up) is bad. 30 day auto boot is WAY too big. If you get inactive players then your force join takes 30 days to occur.
If it honored vacations and had 5 day auto, then I would join.
