Fact, my birthday is in August.

Truth: "fact" is not really an English word, it comes from the same Latin roots as Portuguese "facto", French "fait", and Italian "fatto". In such tongues, this word is ok. Not in a Germanic tongue like English, though. So say "truth" instead.
