The Arabic refugees you list are not living in the lap of luxury and they do work after a period of time often in low wage jobs. Yes, in SOME countries they will be given money, but hardly enough to live off of for any extended period of time.

Actually, it does make sense, if you give someone who has virtually nothing money, then that person will then be able to contribute to the economy and more easily be able to obtain a hovel and job. And it's not like their being given a constant supply of money, and even if they were it's unlikely it would be much more than food stamps.
