@tabby. I gave a little thought to your utopia idea. The one big criticism I have of it, is if a country has legal freedom, but an adult non-dependent feels their family is limiting it, they can sue their own family to gain back their independence and freedom. The idea of your utopia, then, is not necessary. Rather, what is better, simpler, easier, and cheaper to implement is to make sure everyone knows their rights and how to use them.

Legit people are people who pass the border with an ID, and not like 60% of the immigrants, without.
