Some news from Greece 8 officers escaped with a military chopper inside Greece in order to land they claimed mechanical failure. They asked for asylum after the landing.
According to our laws the situation is difficult and will be a diplomatic problem cause turkey want them back but we cant send them if we follow our laws by the letter we dont have any diplomatic deal about prisoners with turkey or exchange of person so we have to follow national/international laws according to people who know more than me in this matter:P Our law is pretty simple if you ask asylum for military or political reasons we cant send you back if the country of origin have or reinstates the death penalnty we cant send you back if we believe that you aint gonna be judged correctly and things are still in turmoil in the country of origin we cant send you back.
The Turkish military chopper was already given back
As you can see there are many reasons not to send them back but if we are diplomatically pushed by many countries i believe Greece will give them back.
