I wouldn't quite say he "shot up". He went up from 2003 --> 2010 in 4 days. It looks like the people above him just lost. His most recent win was 6/22/11 so the change wasn't from recent games. I guess he gets a 'good job' for staying put :/

The key is to look at my history -- I had a lot of wins and losses 3 months ago. All my ups and downs on the ladder are a result of what happenned that day three months previously. You can predict how I'll perform on the ladder with near perfect accuracy that way going forward too :)
