I have zero control or power here, I'm just saying why your desired configuration is a bad idea and would be abused by many.

I would like to point out, when I used to play regularly, I would play 2-4 5 minute boot games at a time without getting booted..

and the game makes a noise when it starts or the turn changes, you can easily listen as you play, or even do other things.

and the admins are more likely to attempt to prevent abuse rather than saving the possibility of a couple minutes for a few niche situations, esp since open seats only stay open for a relatively short duration.

say you take a similar situation, guy starts agame says he'll start it once he finishes dinner, game fills up, then people get frustrated and leave *as they invariably do, since we know people can't read settings* and when they elave, open seats reopen, but now the open seats are no longer advertised because it's been too long, now guy comes back and he gets mad because he still hasn't finished filling his game and has to wait.
worse, now he either has to play with reduced players, however many stayed, or he has to re-create the game.. which ends up having wasted the time of all players that joined in that time frame, without having saved guy any time.

tl;dr what you're asking will only help a few, and will hurt a few, while creating a method of abuse.

what's the problem with disabling this option if someone choose 'real-time' game. Now one can use it with no ill intentions and in result be booted because game start without his knowledge.

honestly the only real solution would be set start times, but that seems bulky and difficult..
IE, you create a game and set it up to start on every 5 minute of the hour *5-10-15 etc* then whoever joined would know to check every 5 minutes, and whoever created would know to check every 5, until all spots are filled up..
