Is there any solution in place to either force two inactive members in a tournament game to be booted or is there just the option of waiting the 99 days of inactivity in a game?

only waiting, unless you add auto-boot when the tourney is created.

nope these are previous tournaments with multiple inactive players that happened to play each other so there is a 111 day inactive game.

I tend to stay away from tournaments with 100 day boot limits... ;)
