https://www.warlight.net/SinglePlayer?PreviewMap=56868The cities in the west side will have more income after completing, but will have 5 points to defend, and completing will be slightly harder as a result of having 3 more territories. The special wards in the east side will be easier to complete and defend because there are 3 fewer territories in total and only 3 points to defend, but will have less income. The towns in the west side will give only 1 income, because I am trying to make both sides more (but not completely) equal.
