The settings you used in the game against Heyheuhei were not ladder settings, just fyi. 75% luck destroyed him on the first turn in South America (3v2= 0 defenders killed). Also, what's with the 61%/71% overridden attack/defend values?

Just hit the Strategic 1v1 template and it will use ladder settings, even the 18% luck, even for non-members. The game you linked used some template that you created.

If i'm not mistaken, the Strategic 1v1 settings are actually 16%. I just checked and it defaults to that.
As to the non-members using the right luck, Randy is correct in that if you just select the template without customizing...it lets you use 16% luck. If you try and customize the template, on the Army Settings tab it has the luck grayed out and it says 75%. I think it should display the actual amount so the creator isn't confused of what the luck may actually be.
Edit: I just checked and if you just check the box to customize the template and then change nothing (as a non-member) through all of the screens, your luck changes to 75% and also all of the non-member defaults get put in.
So when creating a game with Strategic 1v1, be sure to NOT check the customize template box and just play the template so that you can use the proper settings. I think this could be displayed a little clearer somehow so people don't get confused.
