Most of the players that posted on the thread are still active.
Fine, the original poster is not, but that doesn't mean other people are not still interested in the discussion.

Just because people are still active on WL doesn't mean they still care about this discussion...

If you have anything to add, sure, go ahead and revive it, BUT:

- If you revive a thread which has been dead this long, you'd better have something incredibly important to add.
- "Me too!!!111" (or "I agree") does not count as "adding something"; not even when a thread hasn't been replied to in half a second and most definitely not when it's been almost a year.
- Also consider starting a new thread (possibly linking the old thread on the first post), instead of reviving abandoned threads, sometimes it's better.


*(For the record, I have no authority whatsoever, I'm merely yet another user. However, I do believe I have a fair bit of experience with forum etiquette and customs, both on WL and countless other sites.)*

Suggestion: make RvW forum Moderator. That *would* give him the authority he, in my opinion, rightfully deserves.

OK, I understand that, and apologize.
But I though it was rude to just be "Stop bringing up dead threads!!" as if I had been doing that forever when I had never done it before.
