It's hard to say who's the best player in 101st. They're all very good! 101st's main strength is that it's got a LOT of depth.

Master Failure, Markus, TheRivierStyxie, Platinum, TeamGuns, Bonsai, Tac(ky)tical, Jinxed, Njord, Panagiotis...

Also, I was just being honest here: I do not believe CORP is able to compete against 101st anymore. The challenge would not be fair because 101st is the most-improved clan at the moment (excluding the Hydra merger, but that one barely counts). But CORP can always try to prove me wrong as they seemed to have picked up interest!

Our loudest members aren't our strongest ones. Zero, as much as I respect and agree with your dreams of liberté, I can't help but feel that your line of reasoning here is largely subjective.

I could go and list a bunch of strong players in our clan, but what does that achieve? They're mostly (apart from one very lovable arrogant guy who knows who he is xD) very humble and I don't know if they'd respect it.

Going back to the statement I quoted "as they seemed to have picked up interest". I don't know what you mean. The players that we'd include in a roster are busy enough as is. Prab and I are just trashtalkers, haha!

When I think of CORP's best, I think of Dr. Walter Ego, Thanatos D. Ven, mm3100 and yourself. Even with those, I hold my claim 101st (as a whole) reached an higher level than CORP at present time. However, there might newer and potentially better players than I'm not aware of. In that case, you'd be completely right.

I was under the impression that people quoting me would have been up to the challenge like Angry Koala. Never mind about that!

Our best possible lineup will be revealed in Clan League, and your presumptions do make sense. Also, an all 1v1 competition imo won't be optimal if we want a proper competition against youse 101sts :)

Given Plat's history and the # of missing details about the exact mechanics of the battle, this part is a bit sketch. It'd be nicer if Plat clarified a process for template selection, etc., so other clan leaders would feel more secure and be less likely to believe that Plat's going to manipulate the rules.

I do think we have a better level then CORP, but we are still behind of Blitz (trying to be neutral and impartial here, so pls don't start attacking me).

For the challenge, I'd love to play CORP really. If you think you can beat us, maybe you can, you have good players and it's possible that we are wrong in or judgement. Would be an interesting thing to do anyways. Everyone gains from the challenge, both in skill and preparation for the CL.

@Vitriol and ppls suggestions for templates

I think your clan battle proposition interesting, but it probably doesn't fits 101st goal, mostly for the teams part. We want to make a quick challenge, the problem on team games is that they can take a very long time, and we don't have that time to prepare for the CL.

As for template suggestions, I hardly think plat would try to manipulate them, he just proposed widely known templates, supposing he'd try to manipulate those is non-sense. Also, no one in 101st would accept that.

I do however support a few modifications on the template choosing. Instead of those 3 templates, we should take 1 template proposed by each clan leader (taken from the pool of templates that might be on the CL), and for the tie-break game, we go for the 1v1 ladder template.

Templates and other rules are up for negotiation and will be finalised before the competition goes officially ahead!
