I did it in 22 turns--is that special or starworthy?

It is! Each level has a star you can earn. Hover over the turn text on the main menu to see the targets.

ahh.. i assumed I was tied with the best cause I had 2 of the stars :P I know lvl 1 can't be done faster then I did it..

This is semi-off topic, but...

How did you do it in 6?

Never mind, it is completely on topic because you need to destroy the enemy in 6 turns to get a star...

How do you do it?

Okay.. I don't know what I did.. the hover over had worked a couple times on number 3, but when i tried to see how far I needed to go for europe/crazy, the hover stopped working.. I even changed to the home page and back....


and I prefer to keep mission 1 in 6 a secret.. look at it again and try to figure it out ;) only hint.. you don't -have- to capture Europe the first turn..

I'm not sure why your hover broke, but I admit that hover is a really crappy way to communicate that info. The gold star thing was a last-second addition to the last release, hopefully I can streamline it in the next one (and add it to profile pages). I can't wait until WarLight has a real achievement system.

Here are the goals:

– Level 1 in 6 turns
– Level 2 in 14 or fewer turns
– Level 3 in 19 or fewer turns
– Europe challenge in 18 or fewer turns
– Crazy challenge in 22 or fewer turns
– Insane challenge in 28 or fewer turns

for the record.. I hate you.. level 3 in 20, europe in 19.. you got something against me!! :p

Fizzer, how about adding the gold stars to our profile page? Then we will actually have some small incentive to try to reach these goals.
