I beat all players but don't recognize that AI don't surrender if one human remains.
(Wonder why somebode use this settings, it feels like you trolled by the game)

So in the end it gets really boring to defeat the last AI step by step and thought that if i turn
into AI too, it cant srewed up anymore and win for me the game.

In the box left it says: "If your AI wins you will get credit for a win just as if you had won"

So i surrenderd to become an AI, but then the Game ends by vote to end.

I searched in the wiki but for this special case stands nothing there.

Never tried this before, its a rare setting and first time with big advantage that the Ai cant
srewed it up. So maybe everyone know that and i am real idiot now :D
But if not, it would be nice to update the wiki for that.

I am only assuming this, but i think one ore more players VTE before you turning into AI and as in the end there was suggestion to VTE and only AIs left, AI agreed on that VTE.

But that is just speculation :) and if it is true, some warning would be nice.

Do you know a game where the AI wons the game finally for a human player against a other AI?

From the wiki:

"...The AI will not play a game without any humans involved. If only AIs remain in a game, the AIs will simply vote to end. If voting to end is not possible, such as in a tournament game, the AIs will just pick a winner randomly. This restriction is necessary due to the way that multi-player games work. Due to WarLight's flexible engine, someone could construct a game that took thousands or millions of turns to finish. For example, a game with no bonuses or large wastelands separating players. The WarLight server would strain to complete these games, likely causing the entire site to grind to a halt."

but not directly under AI.

i fell for the same trick on japan FFA once. waste of time.
always check settings before joining. -_-

yeah, but i look for the important settings, and in 99% it is set normal, and you can't highlight it at the moment, maybe a small "feature" for the next update

i post an idea for this, so pls vote for it if you dont want to fight AIs anymore :D

the ais nto surrenderign would make sense in cases fo ppl in a situation liek yours and they had to leave... that way his ai might just take over and finnish what he started. It would be unfair for the clear winner to have to lsoe just ebcause he had to leave

and the option is ai's surrende when 1 human left, it si easy to assume that when no humans are left they will just auto do it

I have found out that this setting can be an advantage for one case.
If you want the achievement: "Well Timed Victory" where have to elimate 3 or more enemies
and win the game at one time. This hard to get cause all time everbody surrender if the are to weak and game is won. No chance to eliminate them. Like in this game i could cage the Ai and wait for right moment to defeat them at the same time.
