I keep seeing people like Ted Cruz claim they'll abolish the IRS, and pass a flat tax.
How dafuck do those logistics even work out? How does a government collect taxes without an agency such as the IRS?

There are so many agencies and departments that in reality could be combined to minimize the amount of fraudulent waste and streamline the administrative bullshit.
First off the Department of Education shouldn't even exist constitutionally because education is a state reserved right.
