No. In WWII, only Sweden kept its neutral stance, but the word "neutral" is used liberally in these situations. Sweden wasn't neutral, Sweden was weak.

San Marino was neutral in both world wars, and weak.

Yes, but I meant the Scandinavian countries, specifically. Sweden was doing some major trading with the Axis, or at least Nazi Germany.

Germany invaded Norway and Denmark to keep the British from cutting off iron supplies from Sweden. It didn't make much sense since the soviets were selling Germany iron, but it was some obvious forshadowing.

Sweden helped to small extent both sides in the war.
