Japan, before calling someone as stupid, the definition of 'cyborg' is vague, since robots of android form such as the ones in Terminator movies are also considered as cyborgs even if they weren't human beings but 100% robots. Grievous however was an alien part of one of the living sentient species of the SW universe and as far as I remember it, Grievous never accepted the fact that he was a cyborg, hence his hatred for robots. Would you also consider an human having a robotic arm as a cyborg? (since many people have nowadays robotic implants replacing body limbs).
