I am level 42, and I am trying to get all the way up to level 49, so I can start creating my own Diplomacy Games. Any suggestions or help either related to how to create my diplomacy games or leveling up quickly.

You can make Diplomacy games before level 47 as well.

I just play team games and be the weakest slot so all I have to do is sit back and airlift.
I also play lottos

When I was trying to level up to level 47 I'd often make 2v2s in multiplayer with no requirements and on the smallest maps I could find, so that I could win the majority of the time. Of course, this requires you to be at least a little good at warlight, and I do not mean to presume about your skill level.

Get to level 43 and play RT-Ladder.
For every win you usually get 10.000 - 20.000 points.
Only requirement is that you actually win ._.

You can also buy Mega Strategy Pack.

Just play strat games. No point playing diplo to get points.

Have you tried rigging the diplo games? Lord Varys does it all the time and it seems to work fine for him.
