Not as exciting but I had "ghost pain" for ~2-3 years because I'm super-allergic to grass (burn that shit with a flamethrower) and it rekt my sinuses. It's still around when I'm on things like airplanes due to the change in pressure.

Basically, for hours on end, I got this really, really, really bad pressure-type pain on both sides of my face starting usually around my premolars (and all the way back) but sometimes starting near the front. The fluid trapped in my sinuses pressed down on the nerves in those teeth so I felt like I needed to take a hammer and get rid of those teeth. It presumably wasn't as bad as getting my penis grinded in a bike wheel (enjoy not being able to have children ever) but it was super-persistent and got me semi-addicted to Benadryl so I could make it stop.

Beyond that, I once punched something in my dream (a wall IRL) and knocked myself off the bed and fell about 8-10 feet on my back onto a dresser. Knocked the breath out of me and hurt like a bitch but didn't break any bones.

Plus I have been to your precious Virginia and there's no way in hell I would live there....an army of feminists and Socialists would ride me out on a rail. Tennessee is gorgeous, the people are extremely friendly, it felt like home. Virginia felt Like a more boring version of Michigan/Ohio

Old people get it more frequently and generally worse but anyone can get it. (stress, sleep deprivation, bad diet ect can exacerbate the chance of getting it)
