Here's a question: Would (even) Bush be stupid enough to invade a country if he knew they had WMDs? They clearly didn't, and he knew he was invading them for the oil. Not even Bush would be stupid enough to invade a country with WMDs.

North Korea currently gets food from China for almost free and is a feudalistic monarchy that makes no money. China gets nothing from it. No reason to help it when a much better trading partner invades it and smashes it down.

At most you would bomb their weapons facilities (at most...). This is the same reason Obama did not invade Iran. If the president thought that Iran had a nuke like the hawks in the GOP kept ranting about then it would make literally 0 sense to invade or attack them.

It's relevant today, because getting Hussein killed contributed to the collapse of Iraq, allowing insurgent groups such as IS to gain power, and land in a destabilised region. A country in turmoil is a perfect region for a terrorist group to form, because their land is low hanging fruit for military bases.

Actually, this whole situation couldve been avoided if in the early 1900s Britain had based borders on religious and racial groups rather than on colonial government borders.
We coulda had a Kurdistan, an Assyria, etc. and probably avoided 2/3 of this sh*t.
