If someone gets booted in a team tournament, when the next game starts, do they get into that game (at least until they get booted again)?

Of course.
That's why you shouldn't join a tournament if you plan on becoming inactive. Unless you wanna piss off your teammates. :p

K, I had just been worried. The person who got booted is active still, so I wasn't sure if we he would be in the next game.
