You first need to establish a following. If you do not already have a following of your idea, then having propaganda work will be more difficult than usual. If this is your case, then you should work statistics into your propaganda in any way possible, to at least give yourself a hint of credibility. Then, you can use ways to slander the idea you are against, while continuing to bolster your own idea.

It's a science, propaganda, it takes a knack. It's kind of like advertising in many ways, and in both advertising and propaganda: you don't want the reader to feel like it's advertisement/propaganda (since noone really likes seeing those consciously).

Get something for people to hate. Like, I don't know... Jewish people. That works well. I mean, considering how they take our jobs, and how they hurt us so badly during the last war. If we didn't have any Jewish swine in our country, then we wouldn't be in the poor state we are in now.
