i can understand it. I'd rather pay hhh out too than losing to him. cookiemonster didn't decide for the Cookies this time.

Btw Gnuff are you already stalling on the seasonal again?

actually they are crucial turns. He is ahead of position and stack, i have slightly more income. i have to make a prediction that will decide the game. and i am not sure what best is. Probably my best moves would depend on what he does, and everytime i open the game i feel i should make a different move. I do think next 2 turns will be clear if i won or lost.

The game will take 10+ turns to finish, my least favorite type of game. Why waste over an hour of my life to try to win a game I would have won easily if I didn't play when fatigued and unable to be an accountant.

Simple counting would have let me know HHH's income and locations. The ability to think would have told me to transfer an army east (to prepare a blockade) and not west (to try to hold a bonus with 3). That transfer would have enabled one more army to be deployed in Greenland. That would have enabled me to hold Greenland long enough to take a second bonus. Game over. Simple accounting. I was too tired and didn't care. So I pay the price: an unecessary disadvantage.

SR is simple: if you are an accountant and have an advantage, you shouldn't lose. If you are not an accountant, you can lose the advantage.

I am willing to pay my accounting fee. I offer the same deal to any player who has an advantage in any of my ladder games that I played while too tired to be an accountant. A surrender for a surrender. I don't have to waste my time. And I don't waste your time trying to claw back and win a long, drawn out game in which I wait 2-3 days to take a turn because I couldn't be bothered to put in time counting armies in a game I would have won if I had already put in the time. Then I give you coins that don't matter to me but might matter to you.

Don't we all benefit? My fatigue and resultant mental laziness rewards you with coins. And I don't have to feel forced to carry on playing a game I still could win and already should have won.

Whenever da Vici loses its because he's fatigued, just like when JSA loses its because he's not concentrating.

Bad logic, Pulsey. I've lost at least 20% of at least 6000 games played. I've hit the surrender button more times than you probably ever will.

I also have a bunch of coins I will never use. Why not make use of them? I will never buy a new account or clan. Nor will I ever reach the amount needed to cash out.

So how can I use my coins? Reward other players and save my time. Time is money.

Nico, over the last week I am oversexed and have underslept. And I only have sex with hot/cute girls I have established a strong connection with. But I'd buy sleep if I could. In about an hour I'll go get a massage from a blind masseuse. I woke up with brain pain.

Hot/cute girls absolutely love WL coins!

I've never paid for sex. It's odd, but for some reason or another, hot/cute girls actually like attractive, humorous, kind, intelligent men with a decent income. I don't understand it, but I'll take what I can get!

That totally doesn't come off as arrogant or anything.

Who cares. Show me your real name, real face, and real biographical information and I will care what "da Vici" says to people named "Pulsey," "Diplomatic Immunity," et al.

But if you want to discuss arrogance, your name itself is arrogant. Diplomats abuse diplomatic immunity every day, and you named yourself this as if you are some privileged elite who benefits from diplomatic immunity. But does that make you arrogant, elitist, or privileged? No. In reality you are probably as insignificant as the rest of us. Your name is part of the imaginary game you have constructed for yourself on a virtual mini-society called WarLight.

Imagine if we were all playing this game in one room full of laptops, computers, and cellphones. If we saw the faces of the people talking with us, we would probably not communicate with most of the people we encounter, since we would perceive them to be too young, too foolish looking, too frail/effeminate, too dirty/in need of hygienic assistance, too fat/dull looking, too full of themselves, etc.

Oh yeah, with respect to the offer I proposed to HHH, my plan was to let him surrender and then not surrender in the coin game, because that would be funny if and only if it were done to HHH. Making the Cookie Monster angry about his lost cookies would be funny.

Is your ego so easily hurt that you see merit in writing paragraphs and paragraphs of bullsh*t to overwhelm our one liners? Look at the effort you go into when responding to Quicksand, me and Diplomatic Immunity.

To quote yourself, YOU are probably the one that takes WL and yourself too seriously.

Perhaps you should try deriving some meaning out of your very own words of wisdom.
