Basically, a city/hill in the center with small buildings. That area would have a 40 army bonus. Four small countries surround it, each with 20 army bonuses. Whoever captures the city/hill would obviously win.(usually) However, due to the bonuses equaling out, if the three remaining cities teamed up they would have a chance to fight back. Because, to make it equal:
40+x= x+x+x
x = 20
So the three remaining cities would have 60 armies alltogether, and the other player's main city + hill is also 60 armies
20+20+20 = 40+20
60 = 60
Oops, going into balancing too much. Just saying, would anyone be interested?
If so, good for you! I'm making one right now haha :D

Oh and if theres a lack of interest I'll cancel it and work on an antarctica map with a storyline :D
