I'm sure that's the goal... just complete altruism, right?
See, if you really just wanted people to play you would offer to surrender regardless of outcome. Or to create a second game and immediately surrender should they lose the first game.
But instead you are just aiming to take coins off inexperienced players and build your leaderboard advantage. Purely selfish, though nice try at dressing it up

Not everyone who saves their 100 coins are newbs. There are a lot of good players who don't even play coin games, I wouldn't decline a challenge coming from them.
The challenge is valid for anyone who is not a regular in coin games.
