I know there is a league for Medium Earth 1v1, but for those who like the classic RISK game-board, I thought a Small Earth 1v1 league (with coin game settings) could be an interesting alternative.

I'd be interested to hear any thoughts people might have on the idea, and if people would actually sign up if I put it together.

Small earth is less strategic than medium earth. If you do this, I bet you'd get good interest from less competitive players. The key is the template needs to be better. The auto one (coin games) is too lottery based on picks. You'd need to do away with the first turn bonuses off a single pick (in SA or Aus).

I wonder what Sze would do to make that map more strategic (limited full dist?). It may be beyond making strategic though.
