Any tips on this achievement?

Simple. Beat the tutorial in 3 turns.

Beat it once following the directions to fight through Europe, then play it again. The second time should have no directions, just free play. Move into Africa immediately and attack correctly to complete the bonus in 3 turns. There is a specific means of attack required to complete it.

I see... only need africa, was banging my head trying to figure out how to get Europe and Africa in 3

I don't understand - I took Europe, got the window saying Proceed to Level One or Capture Africa, clicked single player, went on tutorial again and just went back to the beginning of the tutorial :(

EDIT: No worries - repeated the exercise after clicking Capture Africa and got it first time :)
