Whenever a player is invited to a game, or a new Ladder or Tournament Game is started, each player has to choose to Join or Decline.
Note: Decline isn't available for tournament games or ladder games, since a winner must be declared in these game types.
In Tournament and ladder games, after the direct boot time has been exhausted, a player can be force joined.
