Whenever a player is invited to a game, or a new Ladder or Tournament Game is started, each player has to choose to Join or Decline.
Note: Decline isn't available for Tournament Games, Ladder games, or games available because of Open Seats or an Open Tournament
In Tournament Games, after the boot time has been exhausted, a player can be force joined.
