This setting, defined by game/tournament creators, defines whether or not vacations will be allowed in the game/tournament.
If this setting is on, players who are on vacations will not be able to be booted while they are on vacation.
Even if this setting is turned off, the little V still appears next to a player's name indicating that they are on vacation.
All real-time games have this setting turned off, as vacations are not allowed to affect real-time games.
