I removed the blurb about 5-minute boot games not expecting boots until 8-10 minutes. No offense, but I'm not a fan of this advice. Setting the boot time to 5 minutes but not expecting anybody to boot until 8 minutes seems silly - just set the boot timer to 8 minutes and you'll avoid having to blacklist anybody. By setting it lower than you expect it to be used, you're just asking for trouble, and there's no benefit to this.
