I'm sorry but this is awful. You haven't even included Moscow? nor Warsaw nor Vienna. The naming of territories is all other the place, country's misshaped, super bonuses aren't very correct etc etc. I would look for guides and re-master the whole map.

It's a good concept, but the execution leaves room for improvement. Some of the bonuses are so immense (e.g., Russia 39 territories) that you can only capture them in the endgame. This is particularly troubling when it's the only multi-territory bonus in the region. The territories do not border each other directly in some places, making it difficult to determine what connects to what. The primary flaw in this map, however, is the extreme divide between east and west. The USA, Canada and Mexico connect to the rest of the world at only a single point. There should be at least 2-3 additional transatlantic connections. Moreover, each "ship" territory has a -3 bonus, making crossing the ocean very difficult in the early game. Much can be done to improve this map and add a star or two to its rating.
