The way this is designed with bonuses makes it very hard to control, if one person has a slight advantage due to placement, they will win.

I passed by this map for 100 other maps because this map didn't look that interesting to me when displayed as a small icon amongst the other maps. But when I looked at the map in detail and played it, I was pleasantly surprised. It's a cool map! I like the relationship to the related game. I am not sure the color bonses are all that useful; maybe the game would be better simplified by removing them. It seems unlikely that someone is going to get posession of a given color unless thhey are about to win anyway.

The larger bonus areas are based upon color codes rather than regions which makes them pretty much useless in early and mid-game play.
