I love it. This map is fabulous. The regions are varied and require different strategies. You cannot just bulldoze your way to victory. This map has an epic feel and makes me want to know more about the world it's from.

@Nathan: Aventurien is the German name for Aventura, the world of the RPG Dark Eye.
Missing connections:
Süd-östl. Aranischer Dschungel <-> Felder von Anchopal
Westl. Tulamisch-Aranische Grenzfelder <-> Südl. Mhonadistan

PS: I choose the German names here because of two reasons - 1. so far i know the orginal game is in german - 2. german is my native language ;)

That -20 in desert Khom (Wüste Khom) is a serious trap for AI players. I don't like that.

Wow I love the thought and time put into this, after I saw it was a game map, (for another game I had to look it up). Very close in appearance even thought I hope for an English translation it sounds like it is a German version on DD. though i looked the map over there only seemed to be one connection out of place.
Sorkten <-> Dibrek is shown but does not connect.

Very good job with the map, the seafaring on the south makes it really interesting. If you're trying to get continential area, you've got a straight way to victory.

nice! - I played the role playing game "Das schwarze Auge", which takes place in the fictional land of "Aventurien" a lot & it's great to play it here again =)
the map rich in detail and was visibly a lot of work. respect to the creator Erllandur!
