Description

A more detailed version of the Netherlands. It has the provinces as main bonuses, and COROP-areas as sub-bonuses. It also contains harbour and airport connections.

The Spy bonus is just for the purpose of using a surveillance card on it, and seeing the whole map at once. It's turned on 0 by default, so you can choose whether to implent it or not.

this is a really beautiful map, the airports and ports are also nice, only a little bit to many of them i think.

Very enjoyable map to play on against the AI. Well balanced. I especially like the air and sea routes which impose a greater degree of tactical and stategic thinking as well as allowing for rapid transport of armies across the map and surprise attacks.

I liked the airports and seaports, though they were a little confusing at first. Missing link: Cuijk - Sint Anthonis.

Thanks, I'll fix this in January. Because I'd have to update the map then anyway, because a few municipalities are going to be merged in real life.

Fantastic map! Always playable. The airports and harbors make movement so variable that careful planning is needed to secure victory. This is a masterpiece.

Seems nice at first, but unbalanced.
After playing this map about fifteen times, it appears you can only win when you start in the north. It doesn't matter if it a player or a bot, the one starting in the north always win.

Really? I thought starting near Haarlemmermeer (Groot-Amsterdam, Noord-Holland) or Rotterdam (Groot-Rijnmond, Zuid-Holland) would be very valuable as well. They are both very strategic locations.
And if not, could changing bonus values help? I really want this map to be as balanced as possible.

Hartelijke dank. Heel mooi gedaan.
The airport connections are a little bad in overview, since not all connect to others (No flight from Harlemmermeer to Bonaire?).
Same for the harbours.
The small map does not really help...

Also, once someone gets a slight advantage, this builds up fast, avoiding frustrating long endplays.

Harbours and airports only connect to others near them. If they would all connect to each other it would be a big mess.

Very nice map, but the airports are really annoying, but other than that, a great map.

If you don't like the airports, play the other Netherlands map.

It's a bit too difficult to click and maneuver. It's all very clustered and the airports/seaports put an arrow overlap that feels quite clumsy. Some of the bonuses are imbalanced as well. Those flaws being said, it's not an awful map, there was a definite amount of effort put in and it works for team play. The airport idea throws an interesting angle on cutting some of the sprawling nature of the map. It certainly, however, could use some polishing.

Hate the airpots... great idea, too many hubs to follow, especially on mobile. Maybe half as many would be manageable. . .the rest of the map is pretty good!

Gorgeous map, the use of airports makes defending bonuses more difficult but defies stalls between players. Played with four players, all against all: guaranteed strategies!
