"Center of the Star" is difficult to hold, true.
BUT it's easy, if you're able to do it in the first round. It's a massive bonus, at a time where noone else will be able to receive a bonus. Invest the ten bonus in defence, and no-one can pry it off you. After that, enforce it each round and use the remaining moves to pick of each arm of the star.
