Simple but by no means bad. Bonus boarders are nicely separated. I usually don't recommend someone have connections across vertices since it usually doesn't make sense to players and leads to confusion, but since you did here is a missing connection: Sedalia - Northeast Jefferson. Also Northeast Jefferson - Lafayette-Louisville just barely has enough distance not to 'touch' but I suspect players will assume they can cross there and get confused.
