You're in trouble mate: Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and the Northeast Provinces are integral territories of the People's Republic of China :)

Yeah, I know, I just didn't want a 10 territory bonus and wasn't a fan of any of the ways I could have split China up. North / South would have been to stretchy, East / West would have looked awkward.
